Licenses

The entirety of the go-ethereum project was released under the GNU Lesser General Public License, version 3 or later, which permits use of the code as a library in proprietary programs. The use of GPLv3 throughout contradicts the more liberal policy described in the Ethereum wiki.

This documentation was released under the Apache 2 license.
